My first final paper experience at utar....

hai.... i was sitting for my exam just now like around few hours ago... guess what? its so F*cking hard!!!! hhahha nvm la over is over... just let it go now... and let the BIG GUY in heaven decide...ok now... wat am i gonna do is this... i'm gonna show to u how is the before, during and after the UAPP1014 INTRODUCTION TO PSYCHOLOGY test hahahah basically in this pict are all my course mate lol.... [x worry i got asked permission to take their photos lol....].....

i arrived at UTAR at around hmmm.... i think its around 1.10pm gua.... which the exam starts at 2.00pm lol.... hhahah i guess i arrived there too early lol..... nvm, so before the exam...... nah gonna let the pictures do the talkin lol.... [ my hand is damn lazy now lol.... too much of writing lol...]

well he's not alone sittin on the floor doing the last min revise.. lol....well x choice but to sit on the floor lo... cos the reading room was fully OCCUPIED!!!!

AFTER THE EXAM....



aahhhhh.... the relieve...... i guess everyone was also lol....[i dunno why ken was standing lo since the examiner said nobody should move... haiya... got hp in the hand u know wat it mean lo....]

however there are mix emotions also....hai..sad...

well at the end everyone still x loose their hopes to try another round at the coming exam... lol... wat u see from here is how i see other ppl during exam so as when i was having the exam lol... exam is where we identify our level of knowledge on pysch!!! however, it also tested other areas for instance preparation level and the emotion resistant... its all depend on ourselves to see it....

My personal opinion about anxiety nowadays....

As i was having my dinner [ kimchi mee... so hot.... x stand it], i "daydreaming" over the social issues today in malaysia. As i am daydreaming, i recall back my incident at puduraya when i was going to book the bus ticket to kampar here. Well there were a lot of ppl there, aha...typical.....but on the way to the counter, there's several guys desperately saying this " lai...lai.... eat here..... cheap one cheap one....." which i doubt tat lol..... then there is another one jumped to me and said this, " hey mr buy this ticket from me la come buy la... its worth it.." and he goes on and on but i kinda ignore it....

Judgin by their desperate action on me, i assume tat there must be one thing for sure they were trying to get from me.........MONEY!!!... well tat is not wrong, we all work or earn for money but seen this desperate action reminds me of the anxious thoughts running thru each individual's mind....." i need money to survive money is everythin, can't survive nowadays if there is no money...money is everythin!!!!" jus as wat i read from an article posted in the www.thestar.com.my entitled Malay dilemma electrifying. [which i x really agrees with tat taxi driver cos other races also facing similiar cases].

i asked myself, is this all got to do with this anxiety disorder which i've come across in my studies? which defines anxiety disorder as psychological disorder that feature motor tension, hyperactivity and apprehensive expectations and thoughts. hahahha so bombastic ah? ok in laymen terms... it means an individual whom mind kept worrying that leads to his daily functionin to a chaos... lol.... x bad oh...

however base on my opinion.....because the city lifestyle brought up this anxiety which although seems not a serious cases and jus a pill will work... but do u know that it actually leads to even serious cases lik it may leads to self-harming, suicide, killing, and more.... this is not something new as u can see it from the newspaper lol... everyday u can see ppl killing or fighting or stealin or raping.... haiyo... x help it ah? well i myself thinks nothing can help to resolve it lol...

I believe this anxiety will never stop....because it seems contagious... it only depends on us to reduce it instead of stoppin it but u can stop it actually, how? one simple way....massacre lol...of course not la lol... wiseman wont do such a thing one... jus lik if u are trying to stop any nations from engaging in a war... even established UN which main purpose is to avoid war but still war is happening now....so consider this lol.....

One of my liveless experience in Kampar.....

ok....now since its our study week so I wont be going to Utar until the next week which is the EXAM WEEK!!!!!! [ sei lo tim hou~ le....lol...] however i still prefer going to utar because it is much better staying at home moulding together wit my books.......So the following will show to you how liveless experience in kampar is....[say soli to kamparian frens ah... hope it wont offended u all]

so as i woke up in the morning.... i prepared myself some breakfast....[tat is of course after i did all my morning things; lik brushed my teeth, bath and _ _ _ _ _ _]
the breakfast i prepared will try to make it fast and simple to eat because i dunwan to waste a lot of time on it.... prefer to spend more time on studyin....

then as i was having my breakfast... I looked out and the sky turned;



guess wat it happen in jus a few minutes......seriously..... then i jus realised i was hanging my laundry outside my house so i rushed out and took it all in but before i took it all in I was playing "Kite" hhaah tat is my clothe lol.....




since my breakfast was also my lunch so i jus waited for my dinner hahhahha
[this is called skill~.... u wake up late and then combine ur lunch and breakfast meal!!! wow!! save $ and time ahhahahha]

so since it is my turn to prepare dinner, i've decided to cook green curry chicken, stimmed the Siew Mai [ AI LING'S GIFT!!!!! LOL....].

that is me...while slicing the carrots..... pro le....[ x get it wrong ah i was just tasting the quality of the carrots lol....]



yes i know i shouldnt do tat while cookin...mana tahu le kena curi tangkap gambar of me eating the carrot lol....thats habit ba.... hard to change lol.....but then by right at least i x put it back to the dish if so.....hehehehehe
ok since the green curry chicken have to leave it boiling for mayb 40 min like tat to ensure the taste goes into the meat [ wahseh!!! pro chef talking here lol....]

all of this events happened is due to my nothing-to-do-except-study situation.... but look at the bright side.... not only i manage to learn the psychology from my course i'm currently taking.... i did experience the beauty of nature around me.... not only tat i also believe tat cooking is an art... and why is it and art? imagine when i was cookin the green curry chicken and its my first time, i was literally painting it, as in wat to put in those ingredients and when to put it in.... so as other art practices for instance, debate, counseling, acting and a lot more... thats an art... from the way u walk to the way u talk also an art... art is everythin.. is not merely a picture with paintings.. its around us now... therefore for those who are down and depress, just paint ur world with a positive colors and u'll get urself happiness....

ok that's all ppl..... I shall resume my study now......

Kampar's Weather.....

hmmm.... how should i start ah?
guess start by saying the morning's weather, "ah.... the weather judging by the sky i tell u its so cozy tat it makes u wanna skip the class and lay down on the floor to enjoy the view of the hill and the sky lol.... so relaxin ah.... [soli if i sounds so like old man here]
but study is study, relaxing there is a time for relaxing, wat to do so i went to utar.... wit a wanna-sleep-cozy-lazy look on my face.....[soli u have to imagine it how it looks lik cos HELL NO i gonna exhibit my face bout it]

Kampar's weather disappointed me, why? le.....
in the morning the weather is like so damn nice.... then when it is around let say......2pm to 5pm the weather turn out lik this;

after about an hour later.... believe or not? the rain completely stopped...

and guess wat the rain was lifted up to a better view and personally its the best view for me in kampar.....

well.... some ppl thinks sky is jus merely blue where clouds linger around and determine the surrounding should dry and hot or cold and wet....
consider this.....
do you actually realise that the weather is one of the factor that determine ur activity here on earth?
let say, when the weather is so damn nice and cozy like one of the first two pictures i had taken, we will tend to feel lazy and wanna continue our sleeping adventure.....
but sometimes ah the weather is like "si be hot" and thus will makes one person mood horrible.....hahhaha...
but not only weather will affects human's behaviour other external factor will do too...
so i ponder this...., human's are actually influence by their surrounding which encourage them to response to it in a manner?...

well.... obviously this is my first blog...hmmm... how should i start then? as for now i dont think i got anything to say so i might introduce a little bout my blogs...
my blog most likely will talk bout what i see or heard then interpret it according to personal's perspective...hopefully it will not be that sensitive...[ this is because i beliv in giving and receiving respects] what i've learned today or what i've done that gives the outcome.... but for sure will not touch on the sensitive issue cos i am the type of person who do not likes to get into trouble.... [unless i'm crazy enough...] also.... if i'm out of words... most probably will talk bout anything, for instance; ....

i myself experience it before just by taking this fruit when i was having headache it actually takes my pain away... MIRACLE!!!! lol...

however the apple figure has been use up to something we all very familiar of when i mention this, Ipod?
